We know how much chaos planning the most important day of your life can stir up. That’s why we’re here, your reassurance, your sounding board, and your planning partner, taking a good part of that planning off your shoulders.

FULL SOLUTION
A wedding is more than just a venue
At Ilmaveere, the venue, food, accommodation, ceremony spots, decorations, technical setup, entertainment and the people who hold the whole day together all come together in one place. We offer a complete in-house solution for your wedding day, but other vendors are just as welcome at Ilmaveere, and if you’d like, we’re happy to help you find them. Dancing, laughter and genuine joy are always welcome here.
ILMAVEERE BANQUET HALL
Our 207 m² banquet hall is perfectly suited for a festive reception of up to 95 guests. We also have a smaller seminar room for up to 30 people, ideal as a backstage area for performers or as a space for children.
STUNNING ACCOMMODATION
We accommodate up to 35 guests in our distinctive, comfortable rooms. Our luxury suites open onto views of sunrise or sunset, with a relaxing bathtub waiting in each one. For larger weddings, we can help find additional accommodation with our partners for up to 80 guests.
A TRUE CULINARY EXPERIENCE
Ilmaveere has its own restaurant, outdoor kitchen and bar, offering complete catering from the celebratory dinner to the wedding cake and late-night bites. Head chef Merino Lastik honours local produce and seasonality. Together with you, we’ll create a menu worthy of your celebration, delicious and made with heart.
A CHARISMATIC MASTER OF CEREMONIES
No Ilmaveere event is complete without a charismatic master of ceremonies, our very own host Lauri Mäesepp takes your wedding to heart, keeping spirits high and excitement alive, so the couple feels truly special and cared for. If you’d like, other wonderful hosts are welcome too.
A CEREMONY IN NATURE
Picture yourself saying “I do” with a view of Lake Obinitsa, surrounded by the hills of Setomaa. Or perhaps in the Ilmaveere garden, with feathered and furry witnesses of their own. We’ll help you choose the spot that suits the season, the weather, and of course, your wishes.
DECORATIONS AND FLORAL DESIGN
We create a mood for the venue that matches your wedding day. We can offer table decorations, room styling, and other design work that helps bring a unified, cohesive visual look to your whole wedding.
THE ILMAVEERE HOUSE BAND
Who better to warm your guests’ hearts with song than Ilmaveere’s own hosts, Lenna and Lauri. Other wonderful musicians are welcome too.
SOUND AND LIGHTING
If needed, we’ll help organise sound and lighting equipment to match the performer’s wishes.

From the moment we first stepped into Ilmaveere, we just knew, this was exactly the place where we wanted to celebrate our wedding. Lauri and Lenna's warmth and hospitality won us over instantly. Ilmaveere made planning our wedding wonderfully simple. The host, the band, the food and our guests' rooms all came as one package, from one place. The venue was still undiscovered by most of our guests, so we could give them something genuinely new.
The day turned out exactly as we had dreamed. Romantic, joyful and with a tasteful sense of humour. Our guests praised the setting, the food and cocktails, the service, and Lauri as host. Many said, quite sincerely, that it was the best wedding they had ever been to.

We were 200% happy with our wedding at Ilmaveere. That last-minute gut feeling didn't let us down at all.
The whole communication and planning process was so easy and smooth, and their ideas and suggestions helped so much along the way.
The party was super, super fun, the food was incredibly delicious (guests raved about both the menu and the buffet), and the cake disappeared so fast we barely had time to blink (one of my friends, who doesn't usually eat sweets, told me she had three pieces).
The cocktails were excellent. The venue was just so beautiful, the staff were top-notch, and overall, in our opinion, it was a 100% successful day.

Our wedding day at Ilmaveere Keskus was simply wonderful! The outdoor ceremony on 12 September 2025 was blessed with beautiful weather, and the entire surroundings gave our day a truly fairytale-like atmosphere. Ilmaveere is an exceptionally beautiful place, with enchanting views, cozy and tastefully decorated rooms, and a wonderful setting.
A special thank you to the entire staff, who were extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout the day. The food was excellent and received many compliments from our guests as well.

Thanks to Ilmaveere’s event coordinator, we were able to truly enjoy our wedding day, and thanks to her, the whole celebration felt completely like us. Her recommendations were spot on, and so many of our guests asked where we had found the band and the DJ, while also praising how wonderfully everything had been organised.

A few questions always come up before writing that first email. Here are the answers to the ones we hear most often. If anything’s still unanswered, write to us, we’re happy to help.
How much does a wedding at Ilmaveere cost?
Every wedding at Ilmaveere is unique, so we can’t quote a single price. The final cost depends on the season, the number of guests, the menu, accommodation, and how much of the planning you’d like to entrust to us, from simply renting the venue to a fully organised wedding. We’ll put together a personal offer for you after our first conversation, once we know your wishes and dreams.
Can we bring our own wedding planner?
Yes. If you’ve already found a wedding planner outside of Ilmaveere, they’re more than welcome. Our team supports them on all Ilmaveere-related organisational matters, from the rooms to the technical setup.
How long can the party last?
The celebration usually runs until 2-3 a.m. If you’d like to finish earlier or celebrate longer, we’ll talk through the details during planning.
How early should we book a date?
The sooner, the better. If you already have a date in mind, we recommend not waiting too long.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Catering is provided by the Ilmaveere restaurant, and the bar service is provided by Ilmaveere as well, as it’s part of the complete experience that our head chef Merino Lastik and our team create for you.
Can a wedding be held without accommodation?
Yes, it can. We’ll go over the specific terms and options together during our meeting.
Are there beautiful spots nearby for photos?
Setomaa was made for it. Lake Obinitsa, Ilmaveere’s own garden and grounds, the surrounding hills and forests, photographers have plenty to choose from here. If you’d like, we’re happy to share our own favourite spots too.
