We discuss your specific wishes and the options we offer, to put together a package of ideas that fits your event. If you’d like, we’re happy to welcome you to Ilmaveere beforehand for a visit.

We send you a personal offer
We put together a solution that fits: rooms, accommodation, catering, activities and entertainment. The offer includes a clear budget, so your decision is easy.

We finalise the details
We confirm and finalise the schedule, the menu, and the activities.

On the day of the event, we hold it all together
Everything is organised on site. Your only task is to come to Ilmaveere and simply enjoy it.
OPTIONS
A solution for every event
At Ilmaveere, the venue, food, accommodation, activity spaces, decorations, technical setup, entertainment, and the people who hold the whole day together all come together in one place. Depending on the nature of your event, we put these pieces together in the way that suits you best.
RESTAURANT HALL
Our 207 m² hall is perfectly suited for a festive reception of up to 100 guests.
MEETING ROOM
A smaller seminar room for up to 30 people is ideal for training sessions and workshops.
DISTINCTIVE ACCOMMODATION
We accommodate up to 37 guests in our distinctive rooms and suites, complete with a relaxing bathtub and spacious balconies. For larger events, we can help find additional accommodation with our partners for up to 300 guests.
A TRUE CULINARY EXPERIENCE
We create a true culinary experience for your event’s guests, one that’s already worthwhile in itself. The experience is complemented by carefully chosen drinks.
A RESTORATIVE NATURE SPA
Visiting Setomaa without trying a smoke sauna would be a missed opportunity. This tradition, over 70 years old and recognised as UNESCO cultural heritage, takes busy minds far from the everyday. Alongside the sauna, guests can also enjoy a hot tub for a change of pace.
AN ENGAGING HOST
No Ilmaveere event is complete without an engaging host, our very own owner Lauri Mäesepp, who helps create and run your team event. If you’d like, other wonderful hosts are welcome too.
THE ILMAVEERE HOUSE BAND
Who better to warm your guests’ hearts with song than Ilmaveere’s own hosts, Lenna and Lauri. Other wonderful musicians are welcome too.
SOUND AND LIGHTING
Depending on the nature of the event, we’ll help organise sound and lighting equipment if needed.
ADVENTURES IN NATURE
Discover the curves and contours of Setomaa’s rolling landscape on our electric fatbikes, or paddle a canoe across the scenic Lake Obinitsa and take in the views over the Tuhkvitsa primeval valley from the water.
FUN WORKSHOPS
We can offer both creative and hands-on workshops that help your team build something tangible together, screen printing, schnapps-making, or cheesemaking, among other options.
EVENT DECORATIONS
If needed, we create just the right mood for your event, whether it’s a festive evening, a relaxed summer retreat, or a themed Christmas party. We help bring a cohesive visual look through room styling.
SETOMAA CULTURE
Setomaa is a truly special place with its own unique cultural space, where tradition is still very much alive. Seto leelo singing, the garmoshka, cheesemaking, let us know what you’d like, and we’ll bring Seto culture to your event.
