Every day is special, but birthdays are even more so. Whether you’re planning a birthday, an anniversary, a joyful family gathering, or a bigger celebration with music and dancing, Ilmaveere offers the perfect setting and possibilities for it.
Some celebrate quietly and intimately, just the two of you. Others gather the whole family and dance into the late hours. Either way, we’ll help make sure the day is one the guest of honour and the guests will remember.

FULL SOLUTION
A proper celebration is more than just a venue
At Ilmaveere, the venue, food, accommodation, decorations, technical setup, entertainment and the people who hold the whole day together all come together in one place. We offer a complete in-house solution for your celebration, but other vendors are just as welcome at Ilmaveere, and if you’d like, we’re happy to help you find them. Dancing, laughter and genuine joy are always welcome here.
ILMAVEERE BANQUET HALL
Our 207 m² banquet hall is perfectly suited for a festive reception of up to 95 guests. We also have a smaller seminar room for up to 30 people, ideal as a backstage area for performers or as a space for children.
STUNNING ACCOMMODATION
We accommodate up to 35 guests in our distinctive, comfortable rooms. Our luxury suites open onto views of sunrise or sunset, with a relaxing bathtub waiting in each one. For larger celebrations, we can help find additional accommodation with our partners for up to 80 guests.
A TRUE CULINARY EXPERIENCE
Ilmaveere has its own restaurant, outdoor kitchen and bar, offering complete catering from the celebratory dinner to the cake and late-night bites. Head chef Merino Lastik honours local produce and seasonality. Together with you, we’ll create a menu worthy of the celebration, delicious and made with heart.
A CHARISMATIC HOST
No Ilmaveere event is complete without a charismatic host, our very own owner Lauri Mäesepp takes it to heart, keeping spirits high and excitement alive, so the guest of honour feels truly special and cared for. If you’d like, other wonderful hosts are welcome too.
DECORATIONS AND FLORAL DESIGN
We create a mood for the venue that matches your celebration. We can offer table decorations, room styling, and other design work that helps bring a unified, cohesive visual look to the whole event.
THE ILMAVEERE HOUSE BAND
Who better to warm your guests’ hearts with song than Ilmaveere’s own hosts, Lenna and Lauri. Other wonderful musicians are welcome too.
ILMAVEERE PHOTOGRAPHER
Our own Anne is always close at hand, ready to capture the moments you’ll want to look back on again and again: the laughter, the glances, the surprise at seeing the candles on the cake. If you’d like, other photographers are welcome too, or we’re happy to help you find one.
SOUND AND LIGHTING
If needed, we’ll help organise sound and lighting equipment to match the performer’s wishes.

How much does a celebration at Ilmaveere cost?
Every celebration at Ilmaveere is unique, so we can’t quote a single price. The final cost depends on the season, the number of guests, the menu, accommodation, and how much of the planning you’d like to entrust to us, from simply renting the venue to a fully organised event. We’ll put together a personal offer for you after our first conversation, once we know your wishes and dreams.
Can we bring our own host?
Yes. If you’ve already found a suitable host outside of Ilmaveere, they’re more than welcome. Our team supports them on all Ilmaveere-related organisational matters.
How long can the party last?
The celebration usually runs until 2-3 a.m. If you’d like to finish earlier or celebrate longer, we’ll talk through the details during planning.
How early should we book a date?
The sooner, the better. If you already have a date in mind, we recommend not waiting too long.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Catering is provided by the Ilmaveere restaurant, and the bar service is provided by Ilmaveere as well, as it’s part of the complete experience that our head chef Merino Lastik and our team create for you.
Can a celebration be held without accommodation?
Yes, it can. We’ll go over the specific terms and options together during our meeting.
