We believe that eating well is the foundation of a healthy life. The unique dishes at Ilmaveere are made by chef Merino Lastik using the best local ingredients. We run a “zero-waste” kitchen so expect some great surprises and minimal footprint. And if there’s really something that doesn`t suit a plate, it will make the chicks in our barn quite happy.
