Ilmaveere House Rules

The Ilmaveere House Rules apply to all guests staying on the Ilmaveere premises (Kooli 2, Obinitsa, 65301 Võru County, Estonia).

1. General Rules and Conduct

Quiet hours at Ilmaveere Hotel begin at 11:00 PM.

Guests are not allowed to damage the Ilmaveere premises in any way.

Guests are not allowed to disturb other visitors, local residents, or Ilmaveere animals.

Ilmaveere staff have the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to heavily intoxicated persons.

Ilmaveere staff have the right to refuse service or accommodation to persons who are rude or aggressive towards other guests or staff.

Ilmaveere does not accommodate persons who:

• have damaged or may damage the reputation and/or property of Ilmaveere;

• are heavily under the influence of drugs or alcohol;

• are wanted by the police;

• have committed offences in other accommodation establishments.

Only guests staying at the Ilmaveere Hotel are permitted to remain on the hotel premises.

2. Safety and Supervision

Ilmaveere premises are monitored by video surveillance.

Filming or photographing other guests or staff without their consent is prohibited.

Flying drones on the Ilmaveere premises is allowed only with permission. Permission must be obtained from the Border Guard Authority, and Ilmaveere staff must also be informed.

Open fires may only be made in designated areas (more detailed information is available from the staff).

All safety requirements must be followed. Wearing a life jacket is mandatory when participating in water activities.

3. Accommodation in Ilmaveere Hotel Rooms

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out must take place no later than 12:00 PM.

Earlier check-in or later check-out is possible upon prior agreement and for an additional fee.

Guests under the age of 18 are accommodated only together with an adult, who is responsible for the safety of minors and for any damage caused by them.

Well-behaved pets are allowed in the hotel upon prior agreement and for an additional fee.

Pets are not allowed on beds, in bathtubs, or in the nature spa. In the event of property damage, Ilmaveere reserves the right to impose a fine corresponding to the extent of the damage caused.

4. Prohibitions and Restrictions

Smoking inside Ilmaveere premises is prohibited. The fine is 2000 euros.

Burning candles in Ilmaveere hotel rooms is prohibited.

Guests are not allowed to remove Ilmaveere inventory or equipment from the premises.

5. Liability and Damages

Ilmaveere is not responsible for the loss of or damage to money or other valuables.

In the event of theft or damage to Ilmaveere inventory, the guest must pay the repair costs and/or 100% of the purchase price.

In the event of violating the house rules, the guest will be asked to leave the premises and compensate for all damages caused.

6. Payments

The payment deadline for invoices is 5 days from the date of issue.

Ilmaveere reserves the right to forward unpaid invoices to a debt collection agency.

Unpaid invoices and disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
